1.Re-granulated plastics

1.1. Re-granulated LDPE-Low Density Polyethylene

It finds wide range of applications for manufacturing different plastic items. Some of its applications  are listed below:
  • Trays and general purpose containers
  • Corrosion-resistant work surfaces
  • Parts that need to be weldable and machinable
  • Parts that require flexibility, for which it serves very well
  • Very soft and pliable parts such as snap-on lids
  • Six pack rings
  • Juice and milk cartons are made of liquid packaging board, a laminate of paperboard and LDPE (as the waterproof inner and outer layer), and often with of a layer of aluminum foil (thus becoming aseptic packaging).
  • Parts of computer hardware, such as hard disk drives, screen cards, and optical disc drives
  • Playground slides
  • Plastic wraps

1.2. Re-granulated HDPE – High Density Polyethylene.

It again finds very wide applications for producing numerous items such as:
  • 3-D printer filament Arena Board (puck board)
  • Backpacking frames Ballistic plates Banners
  • Bottle caps
  • Chemical resistant piping systems
  • Coax cable inner insulator
  • Food storage containers
  • Fuel tanks for vehicles
  • Corrosion protection for steel pipelines
  • Electrical and plumbing boxes Far-IR lenses
  • Folding chairs and tables
  • Geomembrane for hydraulic applications (such as canals and bank reinforcements) and chemical containment
  • Geothermal heat transfer piping systems Heat-resistant fireworks mortars

  • 1.3. Re-granulated PP – Polypropylene

It is used in a wide variety of applications including packaging and labeling, textiles (e.g., ropes, thermal underwear and carpets), stationery, plastic parts and reusable containers of various types, laboratory equipment, loudspeakers, automotive components, and polymer banknotes. An addition polymer made from the monomer propylene, it is rugged and unusually resistant to many chemical solvents, bases and acids.

    2. PET flake

Usage:  PET is used as a raw material for making packaging materials such as bottles and containers for packaging a wide range of food products and other consumer goods. Examples include soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, detergents, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products and edible oils. PET is one of the most common consumer plastics used. Polyethylene terephthalate also can be used as main material in making paper.

    3. Woodchips

This is  a medium-sized solid material made by cutting, or chipping, larger pieces of wood.
Woodchips may be used as a biomass solid fuel and are raw material for producing wood pulp. They may also be used as an organic mulch in gardening, landscaping, restoration ecology and mushroom cultivation. According to the different chemical and mechanical properties of the masses, the wood logs are mostly peeled, and the bark chips and the woodchips processed in different processes. The process of making wood chips are called woodchipping and are done with a woodchipper.
