Valena Group Ltd. is a Bulgarian manufacturer and exporter of PET flake, re-granulated LDPE, HDPE, PP and woodchips. We are a team of professionals with a goal to develop and expand our foreign customer portfolio by finding new reliable buyers of our products. .
Presently we have three manufacturing sites which are located in the towns of Pazardjik, Gorna Oryahovitza, and the village of Simionovetz. The first is specialize in the production of PET flake, the second is for HDPE, LDPE and PP. The third produces woodchips. The company is established in 1996 as a collection company of waste materials. The first recycling factory was built in 2003 and since that time the company has piled up a lot of experience and from local recycling collector turned into the one of the biggest players on national level. The company has developed its own collection system covering almost all territory of Bulgaria. In general we use only part of the collected waste for processing. The remaining unprocessed part we sale directly. We collaborate effectively with other main players in this industry which help us always to maintain constant inflow of recycling materials and flexible outflow of end-products, This gives us more room to react quickly and adapt to the cycles of customers orders.
The company employed around 500 people. the monthly capacity is as follows : PET flake- 1000 tons; LDPE-1000 tons; HDPE-1000 tons; PP-1000 tons; Woodchips-1000 tons.
In terms of quality we have been improving over the years and since we invested more then 2000000 EUR in our production we are proud to say that it corresponds to all international standards for plastics processed by recycling materials. We have numerous customers in Bulgaria where we are very well known and we presently export to Turkey and Greece.
